Boot Camp
This is not the typical Boot Camp at your local health club! Attitude Fitness Boot Camp is led by a one of our Certified Personal Trainers. Our High Intensity Interval Strength Training (HIIST) style combines strength and cardiovascular training. HIIST participants achieve superior results when compared to traditional group exercise programs. Boot Camp sessions are intense total body workouts that increase strength, decrease body fat, and improve endurance.
Boot Camp is a cost effective way to have a Personal Trainer at a fraction of the cost. Group settings are fun and energizing so participants find inspiration in each other. Cutting edge workouts are always changing so you will never be bored, and after every session your trainer will have a Q and A to help educate clients on fitness and nutrition.
