The Personal Touch

Live Fit Personal Training puts the "personal" back in personal training; creating customized fitness programs for our 1 on 1 clients. We take the time to get to know you, your unique health concerns, and your personal goals. Our trainers utilize knowledge, skill, compassion and years of experience in exercise science and nutrition to aid you in achieving your fitness goals.

Our Fitness Approach

Live Fit trainers approach fitness using the four key elements: Strength Training, Cardiovascular Conditioning, Balance and Flexibility . Unlike most fitness programs, our training works multiple muscle groups simultaneously, with the goal of creating a strong, balanced body. Our programs are designed to address each client's needs, using a combination of exercises and equipment to achieve superior results.

Strength Training

The human body is made up of over 700 muscles and 206 bones. When properly performed, strength training can provide significant functional benefits and improvement in overall health and well-being. Building muscle is the key to improving metabolic function, decreasing body fat, and reshaping your body.

Cardiovascular Training

Cardiovascular training is an important component of a health regimen. Ideally, it should be performed at least three times a week, for a minimum of 30 minutes each time. Our trainers will determine the intensity and duration that is best to achieve your goals.

Nutritional Guidance

Research shows that most people under report the number of calories they eat - it's not that they're lying, they just don't know how to make an accurate assessment of how much they're eating. Knowledge is power and our trainers will educate you on how to make smarter choices and build long term habits; No yo-yo diets!

Fitness Assessment and Progress Evaluations

A fitness assessment is an important and effective tool in your pursuit of a healthier lifestyle. The assessment will establish a baseline of current fitness level and help to establishing goals. Progress evaluations provide accountability, goal tracking and motivation. Fitness assessments and progress evaluations consists of body fat %, circumference measurements, and fitness testing (strength, cardiovascular, flexibility, & balance testing).
