Background: Playing football and baseball as a youth fueled my competitive side and my passion for fitness. At age 16 a shoulder injury led me to start researching more about exercise science and importance of proper form. As a Sergeant in the Army I lead my company to the highest average PT score in the battalion. My personal training career began at Gold's Gym in Rochester, NY where my 10 week boot camp program changed the shape of 12 people. In 2008 my wife Laura and I started Live Fit Personal Training after 5 years with the Gold's Gym franchise, and our goal is for you to achieve your goal. I have helped hundreds of people in their fitness journey, let me help you on yours.

Growing up as a dancer and horseback rider I have always embraced living an active and healthy lifestyle. While in college I began working as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor at Gold's Gym in Rochester, NY. I have worked with all types of clients ranging from youth athletes to rehabbing seniors. Having also been a figure competitor, I understand the meaning of hard work and discipline to achieve a goal.

Mike and myself created the Live Fit concept because we live each day the Live Fit Way and we're passionate about guiding others to do the same.

Bridget Kubacki

Hi! My name is Bridget Kubacki and I want to be YOUR Personal Trainer. As your trainer, I will motivate and inspire you to stay active, healthy and focused on achieving your goals! After working with me you will soon start to realize the benefits of making regular exercise an important part of your life (i.e., reduced stress, increased productivity on the job and at home, a much more positive self-image, a fit bod and the list could go on). Who wouldn't want that?

My clients cover a wide variety of age ranges (5-78 years old) and fitness levels. As a competitive and avid fitness enthusiast I participate in several races each year ranging from local 5K's to marathons to triathlons!

Brian Dimonico

Brian has been a Certified Fitness Professional since 2005. As a former Firefighter and Paramedic, he knows firsthand the importance of physical fitness and healthy lifestyle choices. "Fitness is the Key to prevent the common medical conditions that plague our society today, such as, high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol, obesity, stress and anxiety" say Brian. "I firmly believe that whatever goal you have, it is attainable!"

Commitment, perseverance, motivation, and discipline are values I learned as a young Marine. Values which helped me attain the rank of Sergeant. Adherence to these ideals has helped me attain a great many goals since, including building a strong, fit body and a healthy lifestyle. These are ideals I not only teach my clients, but ideals I live by as well.

With your commitment and my guidance, I can help anyone improve their personal level of fitness. Individually tailored programs, short and long term goals, and adding variety to workouts are just a few of the ways I help clients stay motivated and get results.
