Mike Starkweather

Mike is co-owner of Live Fit Personal Training and has guided hundreds of people in achieving their fitness goals. Having been a baseball and football athlete, Mike grew up learning the fundamentals of living a fit and healthy life. After entering the Army, Mike began training to become a Drill Sergeant where he learned the keys to inspiring, motivating, and guiding.

His personal training journey began at Gold's Gym in Rochester, New York where he learned that training could change people's lives. Mike has now been a personal trainer for over five years with a certification from ACSM. He specializes in preparation for military or law enforcement, athletic training, and functional fitness. He is passionate about helping people to change their lives.
