Working around a previous injury?

Nearby and want to stop in for an in-person session? We can do that. Want to start coming in when COVID-19 dies down? Come on in! Live Fit provides a clean and socially distanced way to workout. Our creative trainers can make a fun program using whatever equipment (or lack of equipment) you have at home, work, or even outside if you want!
Most of our clients are able to have great workouts using bands, a couple of old dumbbells and a few household items.
