Amit came to us over the winter. He was new to the area and was looking for some help losing weight. His weight loss was slow at first as, like most of us, had several holiday gatherings to attend. However, he still managed to decrease his body fat percentage by 2% in November and December and found his clothes started to fit better.

Amit started to pick up the pace in January and lost a few more pounds. Then in early February Amit sat down with Mark, our registered dietitian, to put together a customized meal plan. Since January 15 Amit has lost 20 pounds and 10.5 inches.
