We also have a Registered Dietitian available. Sessions with the dietitian are typically one-on-one and cost the same as personal training. The first session typically takes one hour to cover fundamental nutrition education and start to develop a customized meal plan that can help you better reach your goals.  Ongoing sessions can be 1/2 to 1 hour depending on your individual needs. What is the price range?: Sessions typically range from $30-40 per half hour depending on what type of package you buy. To put it simply, the more you a commitment you make, the cheaper the sessions get. You also have the ability to use our cardio equipment 1/2 hour before or after your session.

What types of packages? Do I have to sign a contract?:

You do not have to sign a contract to work out at Live Fit. We have 2 ways to buy sessions:

Option 1:  You can simply purchase the number of sessions that work for you and your goals, minimum of 10. Smaller packages generally range from $35-40 per session to give you some idea.

How do I get started?: If you're interested in learning more feel free to e-mail us or call (440) 250-9988. We typically like to have people in for a consultation that will take approximately 1 hour.  We'll talk for a few minutes first - ask you to sign a standard gym waiver, review your injuries and medical history and learn about your goals. Once we have a firm understanding of where you're at and where you want to go, we will go through a sample personal training session together. This gives your trainer a chance to evaluate your current fitness level and abilities, while giving you a chance to try us out and see if you like the facility. At the end the trainer will give you some feedback regarding your current fitness level and what they think you need to do to accomplish your goals. They'll also be more than happy to review pricing and packages with you. If you want to proceed, we'll get you scheduled and signed up for a training package. At Live Fit Personal Training + Nutrition we promise never to pressure you into a sale, like many other gyms often do. We're looking to develop a partnership with you, not sell you a used car. No high-pressure sales ever.

Where are you located?  We are a private studio located at 27006 Center Ridge Road, Westlake, Ohio 44145.

Our cancelation/ reschedule policy: If you must cancel your consultation or appointment, please let us know 24 hours in advance. We are setting aside time of our day to meet with you, so kindly let us know if you have a change in plans. Failure to give 24 hours notice will result in charging the client for that session, regardless of their absence. The charged session will automatically be deducted from the client’s account.  Time missed during a session due to tardiness will not be rescheduled or refunded. The trainer is only responsible for training the client during the allotted time in that session. In order to cancel or reschedule, contact your trainer or call the studio. We can get you rescheduled for a better day or time.

What types of exercises will I do? We have a large variety of equipment: bands, kettle bells, dumbbells, exercise balls, cardio machines, TRX straps, and more. You will work one on one with your personal trainer to do exercises that work best for you. If you have any injuries, we can work around it.

What is the consultation like? No high-pressure sales.  We're looking to develop a great partnership with you. We want to help you reach your goals.  At the first consultation, we spend about an hour getting to know you, and we walk you through a sample personal training session together.  This is a good opportunity to discuss any limitations, or injuries you may have so we can begin to develop a workout plan for you.

Is personal training right for me? What's your typical client like?  Live Fit Personal Training + Nutrition is a private studio, it is not a big public gym, and you won’t be experiencing any weird looks from strangers.  If personal training is something you have been thinking about, but are hesitant about, you are welcome to come by the studio to get a feel for it.  We like to make it a comfortable, positive environment for our clients.  We don’t really have a “typical client”.  We have had clients aged from 11-85 years old.  All our clients have a variety of goals such as, increasing fitness level, improving strength and endurance for sports, weight loss, or increasing flexibility and mobility to live their life better. For more information about our clients, check out our Success Stories page.

How long will I need to train with a personal trainer? Every client is different, we have had clients who have been personal training with us for years, and we have some that have come for months.  It all depends on where you are at, and what your goals and availability are.
