How we do it at Live Fit

Live Fit personal training programs are designed to fit your lifestyle and get you results. We work with all sorts of clients ranging in age from 10 to 87 years old, from people who have been active their whole lives to people who have never stepped foot inside a gym. Our certified personal trainers spend time with you to create a fitness program uniquely tailored to address your health concerns, abilities, and personal fitness goals.

Whether you want to lose a few pounds and tone up, live a longer and healthier life, learn about exercise, or have serious athletic goals, we are here to help.

  • Not a problem! This is the perfect place to start if you are new to working out.

    Our trainers are excellent at creating beginner-friendly workouts. We’ll build a routine at a pace that’s best for you with realistic stretches and exercises.

  • No biggie. We’ll gradually work you back into it and make sure you have some fun on the way!

  • Heck no! We can find safe, realistic exercises to help improve your life. Whether you’re a senior wanting to build some strength and mobility, a grandparent wanting to keep up with the grandkids, or looking for fun ways to stay fit in your 40’s, we’re here for all ages.

  • We promise to make it fun. We’ll challenge you a little bit, but exercise should never be miserable. At Live Fit it’s our goal to create a comfortable and friendly gym environment.

  • We can help. Three of our trainers are corrective exercise specialists certified just for that. We’ll even work with your physical therapist to build a workout plan.

    GOLF TRAINING

    Build the mobility, stability, and power you need to hit the golf ball better, while also making you stronger, better balanced, and more mobile in daily life.

    With our virtual training option, you get a guided, custom workout from anywhere through FaceTime, Skype, Zoom, or another favorite app. Traveling? No problem! Rather workout from home? No problem!

    Using a few simple tests we can assess your fitness level relative to other seniors and give you personalized recommendations.
