Trainers with specialized skills and certifications to help you live a healthier more active life
Improve Strength and Balance
Let’s work together to keep you upright by building strong bones and muscles. Being injured is no fun when there are so many other things you want to be doing.
Enhanced Ability to Chase Grandkids
Those little buggers are quick and have a ton of energy. Are you ready? Be the fun grandparent the kiddos can’t wait to see.
Enjoy Your Hobbies and Get Stuff Done
Don’t spend your retirement parked on the couch watching reruns of Law and Order. Do more of the things you love and more of the things you need to do. Whether it’s gardening, shopping at Costco, golf, or pickleball- we can probably help you do it better.
Improved Mobility
It shouldn’t be tough to put your shoes on or get up off the floor.
Cognitive Improvements
People who engage in cardio and strength training are less likely to have a few marbles rolling around.
Reduce and Delay Chronic Diseases
Diabetes. Heart Disease. Stroke. COPD. Alzheamier’s.
SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION
Take advantage of a complimentary consultation to help you decide if Live Fit is the right gym for you.
You’ll have the opportunity to meet with a personal trainer, try a session, and receive individualized recommendations to help figure out a workout program best for you.
Never any pressure or obligation.
At Live Fit Personal Training + Nutrition, we can help you live a better life.
Working with your personal fitness trainer and registered dietitian nutritionist will help you get stronger, move better, improve balance, and increase your energy to do more every day.
Let’s get you moving so you can do things like:
Get down on the floor and have the energy to play with your grandkids (and get back up again!)
Breeze through daily life activities like grocery shopping, cleaning, and doing yard work.
Strengthen your muscles and bones. Avoid that catastrophic injury that takes you out of the game.
Play golf, pickleball, and other activities with more power and less pain.
Avoid and delay chronic diseases like diabetes, heart issues, and osteoporosis
Maintain your independence for years to come.
Perform exercises correctly and safely:
You will have your trainer’s undivided attention as they teach you the right way to perform different exercises. He or she will monitor your form, offer suggestions and be there to spot you when you need a little boost.
We can work around existing injuries:
An injury can quickly derail a training program and personal motivation. Our trainers will work around any pre-existing injuries or special needs that you may have to ensure that your training program is safe and effective.
Exercising with a joint replacement:
After you've completed physical therapy and are given the go-ahead to return to fitness training, our trainers will provide modifications for exercising with a joint replacement. Good news: if you’re active prior to surgery, a joint replace won’t keep you sidelined for long.
Customization
One of our trainers will meet with you to assess your goals, strengths and weaknesses. Based on factors unique to you, your trainer will create a customized workout plan.
Pulling from a mixture of weight training, cardio, stability, core, yoga, Pilates, combat and many other forms of exercise, your trainer has the tools to help you achieve your fitness goals.
Looking to Lose Weight?
