Golf Specific Training

Work with a trainer certified by Titleist Performance Institute for Golf and Golf Fitness

Using the same techniques as top tour pros, develop the mobility, stability, strength, and power you need to improve your game.

Our clients not only report hitting the ball further, but playing more consistently and with a lot less aches and pains.

How do we get you in better shape for golf?

  1. Use TPI’s proven screening process to identify your unique strengths and weaknesses.

  2. Develop a custom-tailored mobility and workout program just for you.

  3. Take you through the workouts during one-on-one personal training sessions.

  4. Send you additional stretches and exercises via TPI’s app.

  5. Periodically re-evaluate your progress and adjust the program as needed.

Overall, clients report feeling better, improved posture, better balance, more energy, and fewer aches and pains. It’s not uncommon for clients to hit the ball 10-20 yards further.

Many of our female clients like this style of training to tone up and improve core strength without “bulking up”.

Seniors love the balance, posture, agility and core strength.
